Each steak is approximately 4-6oz cut at 3/4” thick.
Cut from the tail end of the short loin (a muscle that does little work), Striploin steaks are known for being tender, yet marbled with fatty flavor. Smaller in size, makes them a great sampler or perfect for a beginner meat-eater.
